An employee was making a technical repair on a rolling staircase. As the employee descended the staircase, they tripped and fell to the ground, resulting in a fractured left humerus that required surgery.
On July 20, 2022, at approximately 1:25 AM, an employee was sorting packages in the sorting aisle when he began to experience heat exhaustion symptoms. The employee was hospitalized.
