An employee was removing a filter from a box while standing on a 10-foot ladder. The box was stationary on the ladder cap. As the employee pulled the filter from the box, his right hand entered a ceiling fan. He suffered a broken hand and lacerations, with significant blood loss.
On February 26, 2025, at approximately 6:00 PM, an employee discovered fallen window blinds on the tenth floor. He secured a 6-foot ladder to reinstall the blinds. During the reinstallation process, he fell from the ladder to the floor and sustained fractures to both arms. The employee was hospitalized.
