Final narrative
A 1-foot gondola was being anchored to a wall. Its front leg was not sitting flush with the floor. An employee was keeping the leg upright with a pry bar, and another employee was trying to stabilize the leg when the anchor stripped out of the wall. The front leg dropped onto an employee's finger, amputating the fingertip.
An employee was moving a piece of an I-beam for welding when it rolled off the cribbing. The employee went to catch it when it fell and crushed the employee's finger, resulting in a partial amputation.
