An employee was unlocking a shoe on a train car. The employee fell from a stationary rail car to the ground and required hospitalization for a fractured right elbow.
On November 12, 2024, an employee and a mechanic were fixing a tie rod on a straddle carrier. When the tie rod snapped into position, it pinched the employee's left thumb, resulting in a laceration that required hospitalization and the surgical amputation of the tip of the thumb.
