An employee was working on top of an 8-foot-high car-hauling trailer, fixing hydraulic components. He hit his head and fell from the side of the trailer to the ground. He suffered a brain bleed, head trauma, a broken collarbone, a compound fracture in the right arm, a broken left wrist, and broken ribs.
