The injured employee stepped off the end of the vessel and fell backward. The employee sustained a dislocated left shoulder, a fractured left wrist, a fractured lower right leg, and a laceration to the left eyebrow.

After cutting a slab of beef short ribs, an employee turned to grab the pieces he had cut and his right hand contacted the saw blade. The employee sustained an amputation to his right index finger.
