Final narrative
At about 3:00 p.m. on August 22, 2022, an employee's left hand was caught in a conveyor belt he was working next to. Three fingers on the hand were amputated.
An employee was sorting packages on a conveyor belt. The employee's hand was caught between the belt and a transition plate, causing lacerations and burns to their hand and wrist.
An employee was prepping a trailer load area by lowering the chute that drops packages into the trailer. As she pulled the chute down, her finger was crushed between the handle of the chute and a metal plate that was under the chute. The chute caused a severe laceration to her finger that required surgery and hospitalization.
