Final narrative
After loading a 53-foot drop-deck flatbed trailer with pallets and strapping them down, an employee climbed onto the flatbed, then lost his balance and fell off. He suffered a dislocated ankle and facial fractures and was hospitalized.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
