Final narrative
On August 26, 2022, an employee tripped while walking down the stairs of a patient's house. She broke her left tibia and fibula and was hospitalized and required surgery.
On September 28, 2024, an employee was walking down the hall when a patient ran toward him and knocked him to the floor, causing him to strike his head on the ground. The employee sustained a head injury.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
