On September 6, 2022, an employee was performing maintenance on a battery changer. As the employee was removing slack from its chain, the machine was activated. The chain and sprocket amputated the tip of the employee's finger.

Two employees were working to repair an axle on an electric pallet jack. The injured employee was working underneath a pallet jack. As the co-worker held the tensioner, the pin came out, causing the pallet jack to collapse onto the employee underneath. The employee sustained an upper sternum fracture and was hospitalized.
Two employees were repairing the hydraulic engagement pins on a rented front-end wheel loader. The machine controls were activated to move the attachment pins and an employee's finger was caught between the pins and the bushings. Their right index finger was partially amputated.
