The employee exited the forklift to stop the hopper and grabbed the top of the hopper. During this time, the forklift started rolling forward and struck the hopper, pinning the employee s right hand between the forklift mast and the hopper and resulting in hand fractures.

An employee left a vehicle and walked to the front of it, between it and another vehicle. He tripped and fell, landing on his left hip and breaking it.

On September 26, 2023, an employee was performing maintenance on an X-ray detection machine at an airport. While the employee was descending from a conveyance system to a three-step ladder, they fell to the ground, resulting in a compound fracture and a dislocated left ankle.

An employee fell while moving a water canister, resulting in fractures to four fingers on her right hand.
