On September 15, 2022, a temporary employee (employee 1) was using an electric pallet jack to pick up return pallets. The aisle was blocked by a stand-up rider jack. When employee 1 attempted to move it, the stand-up rider jack struck another employee (employee 2), who was in a kiosk receiving work orders. Employee 2 was admitted to the hospital to treat a broken right heel.
