An employee plugged in the cord to an electric fan at the start of their shift. During their shift, the employee took a step backward, causing them to trip over the cord of the fan and fall onto the floor. The employee sustained fractures to both the pelvis and femur.

An employee was preparing to pour molten bronze from a pot when the pot erupted and the molten bronze contacted the employee, resulting in burns to his left wrist, hand, and palm. Personal protective equipment was worn at the time of the incident.
