On October 17, 2022, an employee was operating a press machine when his left hand was crushed, resulting in the amputation of three fingers.
An employee snipped a metal band that restrains a steel coil from unwinding to remove it from the coil. The employee experienced some resistance and pulled the metal band to free it. The metal band held firm and sliced through the employee's protective glove and into his hand, lacerating it.
On December 19, 2023, an employee was setting up a copper wire drawing machine when his left ring finger was pinched between a copper wire and a machine part. The employee's finger was partially amputated.
