On November 23, 2022, an employee was aligning a cylinder to the stick with his hand placed in the cylinder hole. The employee sustained a fingertip amputation.
An employee was installing a stick cylinder that was hoisted by a 5-ton care into the boom arm of an excavator. The eye end of the stick was being installed on the bracket of the boom arm. The employee was on the floor installing the pin when the crane started to lift and tilt the boom arm toward the employee. The employee struck a utility cart while moving out of the way and the boom arm fell on and fractured both of the employee's lower legs.
An employee was standing on the steps of a single drum compactor, cleaning its windows. His left foot slipped from the wet front frame and he fell to the ground, breaking his leg.
On September 25, 2023, an employee was working in the body department installing doors, hoods, and tailgates. The employee finished their shift and was hospitalized later that evening for a back injury.
