Final narrative
On November 25, 2022, an employee was observing a metal column as it was transported on a forklift. The attachments of the forklift came loose, and struck the employee on the head, shoulder, and hip before falling onto the employee's left foot. Their left foot was amputated past the toes.

Two employees were walking through the warehouse behind a forklift that was moving pallets of 30-foot metal bottom bars. When the forklift reversed, the top of the forklift struck a box of metal bottom bars on top of racking, causing the box to fall and strike the two employees. The employee sustained broken ribs and was hospitalized.

At about 10:30 a.m. on August 7, 2025, a warehouse technician working for Tnemec Company, Inc., began sweating profusely a half-hour into their shift. The employee was using a forklift to move staged pallets of paint to a shrink-wrapper, shrink-wrap the pallets, and then load the pallets onto a truck using a forklift. The employee became ill about two hours later and was hospitalized for heat-related illness.
