Final narrative
Employees were connecting a cross-frame when they noticed that it was installed backward. Upon disconnecting it, the injured employee noticed that there was a knot in the sling and moved to the side of the cross-frame. The cross-frame began to lean over and the bottom of the frame flipped the injured employee up, causing them to fall approximately 20 feet to the ground. They sustained a right hip fracture and contusions.

An employee was using a circular saw to cut wooden stakes. When he finished, the blade was still turning and as he laid the saw down, he sustained a laceration to his right thigh approximately ten inches above the knee.
