An employee was working to get inside an office that was locked. He used a ladder to climb up through the ceiling and then positioned himself above the locked office. He grabbed an aluminum beam/stud for support, but the beam cut his hand. The employee let go of the beam and fell from the ceiling onto a desk and then fell to the floor. The employee sustained a head injury from falling and also sustained a laceration to the arm and hand.
