On December 16, 2022, at 12:45 PM, an employee was using an electric pallet jack to move materials in a recycling area. As he was walking backward, he became pinched between the load he was moving and a pallet full of other materials. The pallet jack rolled over his foot, resulting in foot fractures that required hospitalization and surgery.
