On January 2, 2023, an employee delivered milk to a customer and was preparing to leave the site. He was stowing away the delivery truck's liftgate when his right hand got caught between the liftgate and its back frame. The employee suffered fractures to his index and middle fingers, resulting in hospitalization and surgery.
