An employee was backing up a stand-up forklift. The vehicle struck a guard and a wooden table. Upon exiting the forklift, the employee's left leg became caught between the table and dock guard, causing a fractured leg.
An employee turned a corner while operating a riding pallet jack and fell off of the machine to the concrete floor, suffering a possible ankle fracture.
