Final narrative
On January, 17 2023, an employee was setting up for spray painting. The employee filled the unit with paint and went to put the air cap on. While doing so, the trigger on the paint gun actuated, causing paint to be injected into the employee's right ring finger. The employee was hospitalized.
An employee was using a 6-foot fiberglass ladder to hang a banner above an entry door. After he completed work on the banner, he descended the ladder and was approximately four feet high when he lost his balance and fell onto the entryway. The employee sustained a fractured L1 vertebra.
An employee was installing wood trim surrounding a skylight inside a home. While holding a piece of trim in it's desired location, his pneumatic nail gun discharged, sending a 3/4-inch pin nail into his left forearm.
