On July 9, 2025, a crane operator was replacing a fuse behind the upper cab of a crane. They had been kneeling and holding a panel surrounding the engine compartment. When they began to stand up, the panel unexpectedly came loose. The employee lost their balance and fell to the asphalt below, suffering a broken hip.

An employee was holding a rope tagline to control a jib during the disassembly of a crane. The employee became entangled in the tagline rope, causing him to lose balance and fall to the ground. The jib swung back to the boom and the employee was dragged approximately 25 feet before striking the front outrigger beam on the crane. He sustained fractures to the collar bone, skull, and ribs, as well as brain hemorrhaging and head lacerations. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was walking on the deck of an all-terrain crane. When he held on to the crane door, it opened and caused him to lose his balance and fall 5 feet 10 inches to the ground. He was hospitalized for broken ribs and a collapsed lung.

An employee was assisting an air conditioning contractor position an air conditioner for the crane lift. The employee's right hand was caught between the air conditioner unit and the curb/asphalt causing the amputation of the right middle fingertip and a fractured finger.

An employee was moving a piece of an I-beam for welding when it rolled off the cribbing. The employee went to catch it when it fell and crushed the employee's finger, resulting in a partial amputation.

An employee was helping to disassemble large reels used to store steel wire when a 264-pound flange from the reel fell over onto the employee's left leg. The employee sustained multiple fractures to their leg and ligament injuries to the lower leg.

The injured employee was putting away materials on the warehouse floor as a co-worker was pushing a pallet onto a nearby shelf. The pallet knocked another pallet forward, causing it to fall onto the injured employee's shoulders. The employee suffered fractures in their right and left knees and ankles.

The tongue jack fell off, causing the light tower tongue to drop on the employee's right hand. The employee's middle fingertip was amputated.

An employee was operating a gas tugger to lift metal sheeting. His left hand was pulled into the pulley, which crushed his left thumb, resulting in avulsions and other tissue damage. He was hospitalized and required surgery.

An employee was assisting with cutting a vertical steel pile. A 16-foot by 9-inch section of pile dropped to the side and bounced off a previously cut pile and toward the employee. On July 30, 2025, an employee was utilizing a circular saw to cut plastic into strips that would be used as shims. The blade of the saw amputated his left little finger to the second knuckle.

The employee reached to retrieve the pin and the machine activated for a functions test. The machine closed on the employee's hand, resulting in a hand injury requiring hospitalization.
