Final narrative
An employee was standing next to a stretch wrap station where rolls of backing are unloaded from a doff truck. As the employee walked between the doff truck and the wrapping table, the truck was doffing a roll of carpet backing. The roll of backing struck the employee, knocking him to the ground, and pinning one of his legs under the roll. He sustained a non-displaced fracture of the hip and pelvis.

One employee was hospitalized with chemical and thermal burns to their upper back and eyes.
