On February 22, 2023, an employee was performing electrical work inside of a drop ceiling when he made contact with an electrified wire. The employee sustained an electric shock, causing him to fall and strike his head on a nearby printer. The employee sustained a head laceration.
An employee was working from a ladder when they fell approximately 2-3 feet to the ground. The employee sustained a head injury and lost consciousness.
