On July 28, 2022, an employee was on the second floor of a residence setting up concrete pump hoses when they tripped on wood partitions on the floor and fell into a temporary guardrail. The guardrail gave away and the employee fell approximately 10 feet to the ground, resulting in a fracture to his left foot.
