An employee was walking through the kitchen performing job tasks when she became entangled in a cord that was attached to a table. The employee fell to the floor and sustained a hip fracture.
At 3:45 p.m. on June 17, 2025, a Sodexo employee slipped and fell while cleaning a trash can in a kitchen. The employee suffered an injured femur and was hospitalized.
An employee was helping another employee to a walker/wheelchair. The second employee fell onto the first, who then struck the floor. The first employee suffered a broken wrist and a broken hip.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
