An employee was walking in her office when she tripped on a pile of papers on the floor and fell, resulting in a right humeral neck fracture.
An employee was using a pry bar to remove a coupler attached to a carrier plate from the end of a railcar. The coupler and the carrier plate fell, catching his left hand against a gear table. He suffered three broken bones and a laceration to the hand.
