Final narrative
An employee was inspecting a grinder machine and lifted the rotor feed up by pumping the hydraulic pump. The rotor feed came down, crushing the employee's right arm and biceps. The employee sustained a broken right arm as well as lacerations around the arm and triceps that required hospitalization and surgery.
The injured employee was watching another employee operate a machine when the saw table returned home and crushed his finger resulting in a severe laceration and partial amputation.
