Final narrative
On October 23, 2023, an employee was installing a metal roofing panel using an impact drill when they slipped, causing them to fall over the rake edge of the 4/12 sloped residential roof. The employee sustained an arterial laceration to the left wrist/forearm that required hospitalization.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
