Final narrative
On 11/9/2023, an employee on an extension ladder was reconnecting power to a residential meter pole. The wooden pole shifted and caused the employee to fall from the ladder to the ground. The employee sustained a fractured right tibia.
On March 11, 2024, at about 4:45 PM, an employee was operating an articulating boom lift using the controls while walking from the ground, when they tripped and fell between the body of the lift and the basket and were run over by the moving boom lift. This resulted in multiple fractures to the right lower leg and ankle.
