On November 14, 2023, an employee was lifting a crate into a supply truck. They were standing in the back of the truck when they lost balance and fell to the ground. They were hospitalized with a dislocated left arm and two fractures in their left hand.

An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
