An employee was walking down the stairs when he slipped and fell down the stairs to the ground, resulting in a right hip bone fracture that required hospitalization and surgery.
On February 7, 2025, an employee was blowing out a sulfuric acid line when the acid splashed on the employee, resulting in burns to their face, eyes, neck, and upper body. The employee was not wearing personal protective equipment at the time.
