An employee was unhooking a converter gear from a trailer. The gear was pulled forward and ran over the employee. He suffered broken ribs and an injury to his right middle and ring fingers. He was hospitalized, requiring surgery for the finger injury.

An employee was loading freight in a trailer using a forklift. He exited the forklift and walked toward the nose of the trailer. The forklift began to roll forward, and its blade tore a tendon in his left foot/ankle.

The employee was closing the panel door of a crate that was unloaded and had been set aside as another forklift was pushing the crates when the employee's right index finger became caught between the panel doors of the crates. The finger was crushed and lacerated, requiring surgery.

On October 30, 2025, an employee was working to adjust a stackable metal shipping container. As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.

An employee was moving a scissor lift through a doorway. The employee was pinned between the scissor lift and the doorframe, sustained a back injury, and was hospitalized.
