At about 10:30 a.m. on August 9, 2024, an employee tripped over the T-handle of a storage handling cart, which was lying on the ground. The employee fell, suffered a broken left wrist and right arm, and was hospitalized.
An employee was walking down the corridor on the first level of a submarine when she fell seven feet through an open deck hatch to the floor on the middle level of the submarine, resulting in a left knee injury.
