An employee was securing a trailer and preparing to depart a customer location. To exit the lift gate, he jumped approximately 12 to 18 inches to the ground and strained his left knee.
An employee was making a right turn on an unloaded powered pallet jack and lost control. The employee jumped off the pallet jack and the pallet jack then pinched his right ankle against a pallet of finished goods, fracturing it.
