On April 3, 2024, an employee was getting off his reach truck at a battery charging station when the truck rolled forward and his left foot became pinned between the truck and the guardrail, resulting in fractures to his foot and ankle.

On November 6, 2024, an employee was loading a portable hand truck with cases of beverages into the back of his truck. While exiting the truck, he slipped and fell on the ramp and the hand truck struck his pelvis, causing lacerations and bruises. The employee was hospitalized.
An employee was using his left hand to push an axle down the line on a raised track work area while holding the remaining axle back with his right hand. A finger on his right hand was caught between the rail and the dust guard of the axle, resulting in a fracture and a laceration.
