An employee was participating in SWAT style training which included various physical fitness skills including lengthy running and exercise intervals. During a run through the woods, the employee's body cramped, and he collapsed. He was hospitalized with severe dehydration and a muscle injury.

Two law enforcement officers were executing an arrest warrant. After entering the residence, the assailant opened fire with a pistol, shooting one deputy in the right ankle and the other in the left femur bone. Both deputies required hospitalization and surgery.
An employee was driving an off-road utility vehicle on a blacktop road. The employee moved to the gravel along the side of the road, then attempted to get back onto the blacktop road, and the vehicle turned over. The employee sustained a broken left ankle, injuries to his left leg, and road rash on his back.
An employee was using a shear when his left middle finger was caught between the metal and the table being used to hold the metal, resulting in a partial amputation.
On October 7, 2025, employee was installing mulch with a landscape crew. At around 2:15 PM, the employee took a break and started to feel cramping/pain. The employee was taken to the hospital with rhabdomyolysis due to heat exhaustion.

A technician was operating a crane hoist to lift/remove a cylinder head from the main engine (port). The load was lifted at an angle, causing the cylinder head to get stuck on the cylinder head studs. When it became free from the studs, the cylinder head swung. It struck the technician and caught them against the cabinet door. This resulted in an amputation of their left index fingertip at the distal knuckle.
An employee was securing a power cord to a refrigerated truck container. A truck started backing up to connect with the container and the employee was pinned between the tires of the container and the bolster of the truck, resulting in a fractured leg.
