Final narrative
On May 12, 2024, at approximately 7:00 PM, an employee was conducting maintenance/repairs to a conveyor belt when the conveyor cycled and malfunctioned, amputating the employee's left middle finger. The conveyor was energized at the time.

A temporary employee turned off a planer machine, opened the housing, and began clearing a jam. The machine's spinning blade caught his right hand and degloved the index finger.
