On October 23, 2022, an employee was cleaning out a dough roller when the rollers pulled the employee's fingers into the machine at the nip point. The employee sustained an amputation of the left middle fingertip, loss of the nail on the left ring finger, fracture to the left ring finger knuckle, and the loss of the nail of the left index finger. The employee was hospitalized.
