The employee went to move it into position with a rigging bar when the skid was pushed from the back. The employee's right index finger was caught between the skid and the clamp of the skid flipper and was partially amputated.

An employee was standing in a breezeway near a roll-off paint booth taking photos of sub-assemblies when a forklift struck the right side of his body. He suffered a lacerated kidney and contusions.
