An employee was helping a client into their home from the van which was parked on a steep slope driveway. They were found in the client's driveway unconscious. The client was strapped into their wheelchair which was found on top of the employee. The employee sustained a fracture behind her ear, a hematoma on the right side of her scalp, and a subarachnoid hemorrhage. She was hospitalized.
An employee was operating a forklift on the airport ramp environment to help offload cargo pallets from a tractor trailer. He was manually locking the cargo dolly (a specialized piece of ground support equipment used to transfer pallets) to prevent the load device from shifting or falling off the dolly during transportation.
