On July 24, 2024, an employee was standing near a water cooler in the general assembly shop when a powered industrial vehicle pulling two material handling carts made a turn and the second cart struck the employee on the right side of their body resulting in abdominal pain and a possible right ankle fracture.
On October 17, 2024, an employee was reversing a stand-up forklift into a trailer when they struck a vertical bollard. The employee's left leg was caught between the bollard and the forklift, resulting in a fracture to their lower leg.
