On July 24, 2024, an employee was standing near a water cooler in the general assembly shop when a powered industrial vehicle pulling two material handling carts made a turn and the second cart struck the employee on the right side of their body resulting in abdominal pain and a possible right ankle fracture.

On October 19, 2022, an employee was using a pneumatic orbital sander on a vehicle. The sander lacerated his wrist and he was hospitalized.

An employee was using a tugger to move sunroof glass. The tugger drove through condensation water pooled on an aisle floor, went out of control, and struck a guardrail. The employee's right thigh struck the inside of the tugger.

An employee was performing routine preventative maintenance checks and inspections on a capacitor bank while training a coworker on the inspection process. When the employee opened the panel an electrical arc flash occurred. One employee suffered second and third degree electrical burns to both arms, both hands, and the upper torso. The second employee suffered second degree burns to both arms, both hands, and neck. Both employees were hospitalized.

An employee was moving a scissor lift through a doorway. The employee was pinned between the scissor lift and the doorframe, sustained a back injury, and was hospitalized.

A concrete batch plant operator was assisting with clearing spoil piles using a skid steer. The skid steer backed into a stationary screen plant. The employee's left little finger was crushed between the controls of the skid steer and the screen plant, resulting in a fracture and laceration. The employee's finger was surgically amputated.

An employee was inspecting the overhead area of a single-person lift and repositioning the lift through a double doorway. As they were transitioning through the doorway, they were caught between the doorframe and the vertical mast of the lift. The employee was hospitalized with injuries to the nose, left maxillary sinus, left orbital bone, and left jaw, with fractures at the maxillary sinus area.

An employee was operating a roller and paving a small pathway next to a pavilion. The ground was on a slight pitch, causing him to reach up toward the roll cage to stabilize himself. His right fifth finger was pinched between the roll cage and the rafter of the pavilion. The employee sustained a partial degloving injury with partial traumatic amputation.

An employee was operating a stand-up forklift. The forklift drove into a rack in a warehouse, and the employee's right hand was caught between the rack and an upright supporting the forklift's overhead guard. The employee suffered a fracture and laceration to the hand, just below the little finger.

An employee was using a battery-powered torque tool to fasten a bolt. The tool was activated and the socket of the tool rotated and pulled in their gloved left hand. The employee sustained a left index fingertip amputation.

An employee was inspecting a casted part that weighed 330 pounds. The part fell from a lift assist onto the employee, striking his upper right arm and head. He suffered burns to the upper right arm and was hospitalized.

An employee was reaching to hook her harness into a lanyard and began to experience abdominal pain. The employee sustained an umbilical hernia.

On June 4, 2025, an employee was skimming molten aluminum when it dripped down from the skimming spoon onto the employee's left pant leg, burning the top of their left foot. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.

On June 3, 2025, the injured employee was setting a mold with a co-worker when the mold was displaced and caught their right hand against the stop block. The employee sustained a fracture and partial amputation of their middle finger.

An employee was helping to lift the grating from a floor draining system when the grating slipped and landed on his hand, resulting in the amputation of his right middle finger at the first joint.

A casting machine jammed. An employee's hand was caught in the machine, where a belt line caught and amputated the tip of his finger.

During a workshop meeting in a hotel, an employee heard a drilling noise, so he walked outside to see what it was. An explosion occurred (possible gas line) and his face, ear, and hair were burned. He also fell and sustained a pelvic fracture.

An employee slipped on condensation on a walkway in a parking garage. She fell and suffered a closed fracture to the neck of the left femur.

An employee was using a tool to remove a rag from a roll on the tube mill. The roll pulled the tool and the employee's right hand into the roll, resulting in a partial amputation of the little finger and a fracture to the index finger.
