An employee was operating a drill press and adding a new metal piece to the worktable to be drilled when his right glove was caught by the drill and his hand was pulled into the machine. The employee was hospitalized with lacerations to their right wrist, thumb, and little finger, a fracture to the right thumb, and injuries to tendons and nerves.
