On October 2, 2024, at approximately 9:15 AM, an employee was hanging drywall when the scaffold planking shifted and they fell about 69 inches from the scaffold to the carpet-covered concrete floor. The employee struck their head on the floor and was hospitalized with a laceration to the front of their head that required stitches.
