An employee was part of a crew that was using a mobile crane to move large, 80,000-pound lithium-ion batteries. While a battery was being lowered to the ground, a gust of wind caused the battery to sway, and the employee's arm was pinched between the battery and the wall of the adjacent building. The employee's arm was amputated at the elbow.
