On June 19, 2017, at 11:00 p.m., an employee was driving out of the facility parking lot when an unknown assailant from outside the facility drove into the parking lot and shot the employee in the head through the back window of his car. He was hospitalized.
On or about April 5, 2016, at 4:00 p.m., an employee was attempting to insert a plate into a shell core machine when his hand became caught in the machine, severely burning his left thumb and first and second fingers. He was hospitalized for treatment.
