An employee was working to refuel a truck. While handling the fuel hose(s), she experienced pain in her stomach. After completing the task, the employee drove back to the pad and the movement aggravated her abdominal pain. The employee was hospitalized with an abdominal sprain/strain.

An employee was in a weld cell working on the coolant pump attached to the weld machine. He was using pliers with his right hand to grip the coolant hose. While he was twisting from side to side to loosen the hose from the connection, his right shoulder and bicep were injured.

An employee was using a weed eater, moving it from side to side. He suffered a pinched nerve in the neck that caused numbness in the back and arms. He was hospitalized.

On March 27, 2025, a truck driver had pulled up to a riser to load fuel into their truck. The driver was pulling down on the loading arm at the fuel terminal, or lifting the fuel loading arm when they felt pain in their abdomen. The employee sustained a hernia.

An employee was using a Johnson bar to inch about 1,800 pounds of electrical equipment. The employee's right foot was on the wheel of the bar to keep it from slipping out of gear. The bar slipped, and the employee's momentum shifted from his right foot to his left. He suffered a broken left tibia and fibula.

An employee was patching a roof leak when they fell from the roof to the ground and sustained a brain bleed.

An employee was taking a tour of the property. They were walking up the steps to an apartment when the staircase broke. The employee fell, sustaining a knee injury and a fractured right ankle.

An employee was servicing an air conditioning unit. While he was working to connect the manifold gauges to the port, a rattlesnake bit him on his right hand.

An employee slipped and fell to the floor, resulting in a broken hip and femur that required hospitalization.

An employee was repairing a garage door. While the door was being lowered, his finger was caught in one of the gaps in the door. The fingertip was amputated at the middle of the nail.

An employee fell from a step ladder while reaching for a tie-off point. He impacted the ground, and landed on his bolt bag which contained tools. The employee was hospitalized with fractured ribs, and a lacerated spleen and kidney.

On October 30, 2025, an employee was working to adjust a stackable metal shipping container. As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.

An employee was moving a scissor lift through a doorway. The employee was pinned between the scissor lift and the doorframe, sustained a back injury, and was hospitalized.

An employee was setting up communication equipment for a meeting. They were walking and tripped over a speaker on the ground. The employee sustained a leg injury.
