An employee was soaping a pipe joint when they were struck by a 12-foot, 20-inch-diamater PVC pipe that was being moved. The employee sustained soft tissue and muscle damage to the right thigh.

Two employees were tying the off-site water line to the end-site water line when a truck came off the road and struck both employees. One employee was treated and released. The other employee was hospitalized for a fractured pelvis and possible internal bleeding.
